Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our fulfilment centre before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 12pm Friday WST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed.

Please ensure that the full correct address details are listed and that you include the full business name if your parcel is being delivered to a business location.

KXKS. is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Australian Postal System, nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate postal carrier.

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning.

Domestic orders are generally shipped via Australia Post however we do use other postal services in order to find the most cost effective delivery method for our customers.
